Qualifications And Skills
  • Possess an ITI Fitter certification, demonstrating proficiency in industrial fitting processes and techniques.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and installation of transformers, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Practical knowledge of DG sets, including routine checks and servicing to ensure efficient operation.
  • Hands-on experience with motors, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting various types of motors.
  • Proficiency in gearbox maintenance and repair, ensuring efficient and timely intervention in case of malfunctions.
  • Experience in handling various types of pumps, with the ability to perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix technical problems effectively.
  • Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity, necessary for handling heavy equipment and tools in a safe manner.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on transformers, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to detect malfunctions in generators and motors, implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain and repair gearboxes and pumps, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation within facilities.
