  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to join their dynamic team.

As a Paralegal with our client's firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the efficient progression of cases. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Initiate and maintain regular contact with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Document Preparation: Draft legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Correspondence Management: Compose and send formal letters to opposing counsel to facilitate case proceedings and negotiations.
  • Legal Knowledge: Maintain a general understanding of the California labor code (training provided).
  • File Organization: Organize case files, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and timely.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years working at a law firm (employment law experience preferred).
  • Legal Drafting: Proven experience in drafting legal documents.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication abilities.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle overtime as needed.
  • Availability: Full-time availability is required.
