Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Depot Manager in Conley, GA. Our client is a leading maintenance and repair facility across the East Coast. The Depot Manager is responsible for managing the employees at the depot and overseeing their production.

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Depot Manager in Conley, GA. Our client is a leading maintenance and repair facility across the East Coast. The Depot Manager is responsible for managing the employees at the depot and overseeing their production.
Responsibilities Of a Depot Manager Includes
- Develop best practice methods for operations including optimizing maintenance time and costs.
- Formulate metrics that can assure upper management of best practices, safety and mechanical performance.
- Analyze information from IEM to proactively address trends and potential issues.
- Review financial performance.
- Safety and compliance regarding to OSHA and DOT regulations
- Ability to achieve cost and quality goals through effective leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical skills. Ability to think and act strategically with long term focus.
- Ability to work outdoors, climb in and out of vehicles and/or different types of equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of verifiable education and experience
