To join this team please have the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree requiredCurrent Massachusetts Registered Dietician license required2 years of clinical experience is preferredExpertise in clinical nutrition, preferably geriatric rehab care practices in a skilled nursing settingPossess knowledge of all applicable local, state and federal regulatory statutes and guidelines pertaining to healthcare in the skilled nursing settingMust possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the publicPrimary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent COVID vaccine or medical exemption) You will be able to work independently but also be able to be part of a team that truly makes an impact. The ideal candidate will conduct regular assessments of residents' nutritional status and provide appropriate interventions and recommendations, as well as assist the food service staff in development of nutrious and appealing menus that meet the dietary requirments and restricitons of admissions while also ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Blueberry Hill offers the families of Beverly and surrounding communities a comprehensive continuum of care in a comfortable, serene setting, supported by state-of-the-art rehabilitation programming and distinguished medical expertise.
