  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Answer incoming inquiries from health plan members, employers, providers, and health plans
  • Assess the purpose of inquiries and provide appropriate information or assistance
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate department or party based on patient needs
  • Maintain a professional and calm demeanor when assisting difficult or upset patients
  • Research and resolve moderately complex issues using available resources

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience in managed care and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with health plan operations and member services
