We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team and take the lead in planning and executing a variety of events. As the Event Coordinator, you will collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and target audience, ensuring each event is tailored to meet their specific needs. Your creativity and organizational skills will be critical as you manage multiple projects simultaneously, from intimate gatherings to large corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from conception to execution.

  • Develop event budgets and manage expenditures to ensure profitability.

  • Research and negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers.

  • Create detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and onsite management.

  • Coordinate marketing efforts for events, including social media promotion and email campaigns.

  • Gather feedback post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
