In the world of sales, some companies underestimate the critical role of an SDR. What many fail to grasp is that fully qualifying enterprise-level clients requires a strategic approach—adaptability, persistence, and the right tactics. You’re the kind of person who isn’t intimidated by cold calls and thrives on the excitement of the unknown, eager for the next conversation, no matter what style it takes.

As an SDR at our client, you’ll be hunting for new business, fully qualifying leads for the Enterprise Account Executive, and acting as the crucial link that makes deals happen.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Track Record: You’ve had success in an SDR/BDR role, particularly within software sales, and experience selling to Financial Services, Banks, or Insurance clients is ideal.
  • Startup Hustler: You’ve thrived in early-stage startups (minimum 50 people) and know how to navigate a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • SaaS Experience: You understand the nuances of software sales and what it takes to hunt for new business as an SDR/BDR.
  • Self-Starter: Entrepreneurial and resourceful, you work well independently and are ready to take on multiple responsibilities.
  • Communication Pro: You’ve got excellent written and verbal communication skills and can connect with C-level executives effortlessly.
