As a Lead UX/UI Designer and Front-End Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients. This position requires expertise in both design and front-end development, allowing you to oversee and guide projects from initial concept to functional, user-friendly interfaces. You will work with a team of designers and developers, managing the entire workflow to deliver high-quality products while ensuring best practices in design, development, and team collaboration. Additionally, you'll be responsible for optimizing user experiences, enhancing conversion rates, and driving the growth of our core digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Implementation:

  • Lead designer for lead capture pages, web & digital projects
  • Take ownership of improving on design & dev delivery of core products
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, translating them into functional designs.
  • Design and maintain web templates in Figma and Framer, ensuring consistency in user experience across all platforms and across all team members.
  • Establish and implement UX design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to align designs with branding and improve visual design elements
  • Work closely with the Motion Design to align designs with motion strategy, needs and requirements

2. Front-End Development:

  • Oversee the front-end development process in Framer and Webflow, ensuring seamless integration of design into functional web interfaces through execution & management of front-end developers
  • Research, test, implement and document front-end development solutions on Framer, Webflow and other development platforms
  • Lead a team of front-end developers, providing guidance, training, mentorship, and support.
  • Collaborate with developers to write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.).
  • Ensure UI is fully functional and responsive
  • QA all web projects
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed through collaboration and upskilling
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate front-end logic with server-side functionality.

3. Team Management & Collaboration:

  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and create growth opportunities for team members.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the design and development teams, ensuring a seamless workflow from concept to execution.
  • Conduct regular team training on the use of design systems, templates, and tools (e.g., Figma, Framer).

4. Template Management & Training:

  • Develop and maintain design and development templates in Figma and Framer, ensuring these are up-to-date and optimized for ease of use.
  • Train the design and development teams on how to use these templates efficiently, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Regularly review and update templates based on user feedback, project requirements, and evolving trends in UX/UI design and front-end development.

5. CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Management:

  • Lead end-to-end CRO initiatives, from hypothesis development to test execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other CRO methodologies to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Work closely with the campaign analytics teams to gather data insights and translate them into actionable design and development decisions.
  • Report on CRO test outcomes and implement successful variations across web projects, ads and emails.

6. Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Provide estimates for design and development work, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 Years as UI/UX Designer
  • Experience managing and executing front end development
  • Figma, framer and webflow a must have
  • Strong webdesign/web development experience

The base salary for this position is currently $82,500. In addition, there is a bonus target in this role.
