Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy eCommerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our online store, drive sales, and ensure a seamless user experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce management, digital marketing, and data analytics to drive conversion and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring product listings, pricing, and content are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to increase online traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize product pages for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX), including implementing A/B testing for product descriptions, images, and layouts.
  • Oversee inventory management and coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.
  • Monitor and manage eCommerce KPIs, including sales, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and bounce rates.
  • Work closely with customer service to address online customer issues and improve the overall shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance site functionality and user engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or online retail.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CMS systems.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM strategies.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and user experience.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development tools is a plus.
