Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with hand welding experience to join our team at our facility in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in welding setups for production and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce high-quality welded components
• Perform welding setups for production runs
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  
  

Qualifications

• MUST be able to read a ruler/tape/measuring device down to 1/64th of an inch.
• Hand Welding experience is required
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator with hand welding skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Welding certification is a plus
• MUST be able to read/speak/understand the English language.
