CMS Inc. is looking for a recent college graduate or someone with a few years of experiences, thrilled by the unique challenge of developing a new subsidiary.

CMS Group is a leading manufacturer of Eddy Current and Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing equipment (NDT). The company is composed of Controle Mesure Systemes (French HQ), CMS Inc. (U.S. division), and our latest acquisition Sofratest (France).

We offer quality control solutions to a variety of heavy industrial markets worldwide, such as Energy, Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, Metal & Steel manufacturing.

Our systems are used to inspect tubes, wires, bars, strips, or custom parts, performing surface and core defect detection, highly accurate dimensional measurements, or material analysis.

The U.S. subsidiary CMS Inc. was created in 2021, and we are looking for a highly motivated talent eager to play a major role in the development of the company, working directly under the General Manager. The primary responsibility will be to retail, market, and sell our products to metal parts manufacturers, primarily in the Southwest-Midwest regions.

What You’ll Do

  • Be our brand ambassador in the U.S., creating and developing favorable relationships with a network of customers and new prospects.
  • Act as CMS Inc.’s front line expert, ensuring products consistently meet expectations and resolving issues if they arise.
  • Regularly travel to visit customers, both existing and new.
  • Engage in cold calling to generate a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Attend, organize and exhibit at industrial tradeshows.
  • Conduct equipment installation and maintenance.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor of science and/or experience in Sales, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience and interest in the Manufacturing, Industrial and Metal industries.
  • Experience and interest in selling technical products.
  • Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical engineering is a plus.
  • Be curious, self-starter, and excited to travel and meet customers & prospects.
  • Be eager to take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Location: 100% remote in Texas or Louisiana area.
