  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager at Citizen Concierge LLC in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USCIS requirements, and providing support to clients throughout the application process.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of USCIS application processes and immigration laws
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, International Relations, or Law
  • Spanish knowledge is a requirement; Portuguese knowledge is an advantage
