The Opportunity

Our client seeks an experienced and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in the company, with potential for fast career advancement and generous financial reward.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) in the SMB segment
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Develop a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building
  • Educate prospects on how they can benefit from our client's IT staffing solutions
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to provide solutions tailored to customers' needs
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of full sales cycle experience in the IT Staffing/IT Recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent understanding of the IT roles, programming languages and recruitment processes
  • Ideally, a strong network of hiring managers and decision-makers responsible for IT recruiting budget

Interviewing Process

  • Level 1 - Virtual interview with the COO (General fit)

  • Job offer: provided to the selected candidate
