Responsibilities
Quardev is seeking an eCommerce/Web Product Manager for a 30 to 40 hour per week remote position supporting our education technology client team. You are ideal for this role if you have enterprise product management experience leading special projects and motivating talented and mission-minded teams to create engaging, inspiring, and complex web and eCommerce digital experiences that are purpose-driven and serve customers at key points in their online journey. As the Product Manager, you will serve as a key leader in helping to develop digital experiences that are purpose-driven and innovative, serving customers at key points in their journey online.
Please Note
- This is a remote 30-40 hour per week contract position with up to 25% travel.
- This role is not eligible for Corp-to-Corp (C2C), visa sponsorship or transfer (H1b).
- You must be able to work consistent EST or CST hours to be eligible for this position.
- Compensation starts at $50HR.

Responsibilities
- Work with Senior Product Manager and Development teams to define and execute the eCommerce experience vision
- Support a product roadmap and manage backlogs to execute on the vision
- Collaborate with internal and external teams and vendors to gather and understand business priorities and translate them into features and enhancements that serve customers throughout their online journey
- Work with and partner with key engineering teams and systems owners execute on the vision
- Strive to build a eCommerce program that is data-driven and uses sensible measurements to ensure accountability to outcomes, impact, and project ROI
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a product owner or product development role within an enterprise-level organization
- Must be able to demonstrate deep knowledge of scrum and agile
- Brings strong project management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects and work with a variety of stakeholders and teams, including business and engineering teams
- Must be proactive, self-driven, and independent, with excellent listening skills and an inquisitive mind
- This role requires the ability to handling multiple tasks and switching priorities and focus areas simultaneously
- Must be a clear communicator with strong empathy and disarming communication style, able to work with business stakeholders to understand their needs
- Brings strong understanding of road map development
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe & CMS, Asana, Jira, Confluence, and have solid understanding of web foundations
- Excels as a project manager and demonstrates sound understanding of e-Commerce standards and best practices, including privacy compliance and accessibility principles, practices, and testing
- Experience with accessibility, best practices or know of privacy compliance a plus
