Asset/Fleet Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service fleet vehicles
• Evaluate requests for new and replacement vehicles
• Oversee the disposal of old vehicles
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers for:
  • Fuel
  • Maintenance
  • Other essential services
• Administer insurance coverage
• Implement safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs
• Manage fleet expense reporting and budgets
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including:
  • Material handling
  • Inventory management
• Assist with the hiring of new warehouse staff
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and fleet-specific regulations, including:
  • Licensing
  • Registration
  • Reporting requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics
• Basic math and data analysis skills
• Ideally, 5+ years of fleet/warehouse management experience
