We are in search of a proficient General Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of managing the daily operations of a small manufacturing plant, encompassing areas such as Engineering, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth running and efficiency

Manage multiple departments including Engineering, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales

Implement and manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions such as Epicor for efficient operations

Drive change management initiatives to improve processes and bring in new ideas

Handle Supply Chain Management to ensure timely production and delivery of products

Oversee the warehouse management to ensure efficient storage and dispatch of products

Manage procurement processes to ensure the availability of necessary resources for production

Leverage your experience in metal fabrication in managing production processes

Implement strategies for customer service management to ensure customer satisfaction

Drive sales efforts and strategies to boost revenue.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role such as Operations Management or Supply Chain Management.
Proven knowledge and experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) including Epicor and other ERP solutions.
Demonstrated skills in Supply Chain Management, including procurement and warehouse management.
Previous experience in Change Management, with the ability to implement and drive change within an organization.
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management, including the implementation and management of warehouse management systems.
Experience with Procurement processes and strategies, including vendor management and contract negotiation.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and achieve operational goals.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
