Job Description
LHH is currently recruiting for an Account Manager for our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of account/client services experience within an advertising agency. This is a hybrid role at our client s office in the Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for daily communication and project updates
Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop advertising strategies that meet their goals
Manage the execution of client campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations
Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, providing clients with regular reporting and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or challenges, escalating issues when necessary
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches when needed
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, overseeing their work and helping them grow in their roles
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of account/client services experience in an advertising agency
Bachelor s degree in marketing or related field
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work hybrid at our client s office in Fort Worth

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
