Role Summary:
As a Client Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will oversee the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and campaign execution to reporting and optimization. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, responsible for project management, generating and delivering reports, coordinating with the internal team, and leading client communications. Additionally, you will identify and act on opportunities for upselling while maintaining a high ethical standard in all client interactions. This role is suited for someone with prior experience in a marketing agency or digital sales who can seamlessly integrate into our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Manage client projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams (design, SEO, PPC, social media) to ensure timely delivery.

  • Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and ROI metrics.

  • Conduct occasional sales calls and create proposals to support client upsells and renewals.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure all client communications reflect the company's values and maintain a high ethical standard.

  • Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and development teams to ensure projects are aligned with client goals.

  • Troubleshoot and solve client challenges, providing recommendations for campaign or website improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends to guide clients on strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management or project management within a marketing or digital agency.

  • Understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, web design, and social media.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and balance competing deadlines.

  • Experience in presenting proposals to clients.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex data for clients.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms.

Additional Information:

  • Location: On-site position at our office in Akron, OH.

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, FT or PT

  • Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.
