Join Our Team as a Client Account Manager!
What You ll Be Doing:
- Lead Client Implementations: From onboarding to ongoing support, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring smooth, successful client rollouts.
- Lean Management Mastermind: You ll analyze workflows and find innovative ways to simplify, streamline, and enhance the client experience.
- Automation Advocate: Love using tech to solve repetitive tasks? We do too! You ll always be on the lookout for smart automation to optimize processes.
- Client Success Champion: Your clients' success is your success. You ll build relationships that last and ensure every client feels valued and supported. You'll be responsible for, lead, and direct the implementation of designated clients/client regions (NAM/LAM)
What We re Looking For:
- Lean Management Experience: You know how to get rid of waste, boost efficiency, and make improvements stick.
- Tech-Savvy: You re comfortable using technology to automate workflows, making everything more efficient and effective.
- Great Communicator: Whether it s explaining a complex process or simply making a client feel heard, your communication skills shine. *Spanish speaking/reading is a plus!
- Team Player: Collaboration is key. You ll work with different teams to make sure clients always get the best we have to offer.
