Job Description
We are looking for ambitious and execution-focused MBA interns to join Apollo s Strategy and Innovation group. You will work directly with our executive team to develop, test, and implement strategies that support our 3-5 year roadmap. This is an opportunity for you to make a real impact in a fast-paced startup environment, where innovative thinking and practical execution are key drivers of success.
Education
Current MBA student at Harvard Business School or another top-tier MBA program.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and pressure test Apollo s long-term strategic roadmap.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive the development and launch of high-impact strategic initiatives that align with Apollo s growth goals.
- Evaluate and optimize current business operations to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Create presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist in strategic decision-making by conducting detailed financial and operational analysis.
Qualifications
- A passion for startups and working in high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical, execution-oriented solutions.
- Ability to think big picture while also paying attention to details.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
- Skilled at using MS Office tools.
- Prior experience working in consulting, strategy, or a high-growth startup is a plus.
Prerequisites for Employment
- Successful Background Check including pre-employment drug screening.
- US citizens, permanent residents or any candidate with eligibility to work in the US.
- Graduating in May 2027.
