  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dedicated Product Development Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assists in gathering, updating, and maintaining high volume of data in Project Management (Asana & Monday) and Inventory Management platforms (NetSuite).

Ensuring SKUs, Product Names and MSRP are up-to-date and formatted correctly on NetSuite.

Assist with creating BOMs and maintaining them on NetSuite, eventually be able to create BOMs independently.

Assist with generating barcodes on GS1 and creating barcode labels.

Assist with creating training decks for Production/Assembly, eventually be able to create training decks independently and be reviewed by Product Team.

Partner with the Product Development Team on daily operations of the Product Development Department, including coordinating receiving samples.

Maintaining physical sample library, in Aprs Product Department.

Categorizing, displaying and clearly labeling samples received from overseas vendors.

Manage sample shipments to and from vendors.

Request and follow up on product samples requested from Production/Assembly or Warehouse

Coordinate with PR Coordinator on product sample requests

Pay Range:

$20- $26 per hour depending on experience

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience

Highly responsible, serious and committed to meeting deadlines and seeing projects through to completion

Detail-oriented and driven by deadlines and a high sense of urgency

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, email, telephone)

Self-starter, capable of prioritizing and working while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Strong interpersonal / teamwork skills, willing to listen and work efficiently as a team and independently as needed, but also flexible and adapt to change

Passion for the beauty industry, and understanding for Product Development and/or Production (packaging and cosmetics)
