The Product Manager, EOS Clinical Applications will be responsible for driving the surgical planning application, its compatibility with alignment, 3D modeling and rod bending applications and its integration with our web and mobile platform.

Responsible for supporting the development and execution of product strategies, marketing plans, promotional and advertising programs, as well as oversees all aspects of product management, including requirements definition, surgeon customer feedback, product messaging, product launch, sales force and customer engagement, and product forecasting to ensure that existing and new products meet ATEC goals and expectations. This position will be in the EOS/AlphaInformatiX team, responsible for information-based technology systems used as adjunctive technology in spine surgery.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Understands and leads the development of the surgical planning application
  • Assists with integration of data driven capabilities where AI powered insights are incorporated into the user experience
  • Collaborates with surgeon customers alongside internal Systems and Software engineering teams to develop product requirements and features
  • Ensures solutions meet not only end user (surgeon) needs but also data collection and research needs
  • Drives the development and implementation of product marketing campaigns for EOS related product lines, including: setting objectives and short- and long-term strategies, conducting market research and competition tracking, developing product mix and action plans, ROI analysis
  • Interfaces with EOS/Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) team to drive EOS sales and utilization
  • Assists in driving U.S. market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product, coordinating and assisting with training
  • Assists in developing sales collateral, efficient customer service processes, and short- and long-term product level forecasts to support assigned product line
  • Provides support for the design, development and implementation of products and service lines on cross-functional teams
  • Assists in identifying priorities of present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
  • Develops professional and technical knowledge by attending sales training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and convention events
  • Manage and travel and promotional budget
  • Able to travel between 15-40%
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the spine market and the ability to continuously evaluate trends and adjust strategy to compensate and take advantage of shifts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably with technology products and/or in the orthopedic device industry, especially the spine industry

Salary Range

Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $95,000 to $130,000 Full-Time Annual Salary
