About the Role:
Adlumin, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager who can help provide visibility and accountability to our feature development, cyber capabilities and product management processes. The Technical Product Manager will report to the Chief Product Officer and will have a direct report with the potential for more as we grow. This person will be embedded in a high-performance technical team that brings together Data Science, Threat Research, Security Operations and Product. The ideal candidate is excited to build the next generation security operations as a service product and learn about data science, detection engineering and how to build practical cyber security solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own the internal and customer facing roadmap ensuring its accuracy in terms of forward-looking plan and what was accomplished
• Articulate the outcomes and benefits of features or roadmap items within the company to sales and customers
• Support and manage the product managers to define the requirements for the engineering and hold the engineering team accountable to the outcomes
• Support the Chief Product Officer to gather input from internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, executives) and customers for roadmap planning
• Gather feedback from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (engineering, sales, customer success, SOC and marketing teams) to ensure timely feature and product releases
• Present internally and at conferences and support sales as needed at some industry events and to gather industry input

Position Requirements:

• Product Skills: Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or similar role (5+ years of experience) in the cybersecurity industry with SaaS-based products
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of product management tools and skills such as Agile, JIRA, and business model canvas
• Project Management: Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Technical Competence: Experience in software, infrastructure or cybersecurity such as understanding git, curl, frontend, backend, cyber kill chain, AWS, elastic, ransomware, SIEM and other technical topics is a major plus
• US Work Authorization (Adlumin does not sponsor visas at this time)
• Must be US-based for consideration
