1Source, an Examinetics company, is looking for a full-time Clinic Network Administrator to join our team! This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the clinic network used by 1 Source client companies. This role will identify, audit and set-up accounts with medical clinics and vendors. They will also ensure the availability and dependability of the clinic network. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate documentation of clinic network capabilities and services.
  • Document and track service requests, issues and resolutions.
  • Manage relationships with clinic network and vendors, including contract negotiations and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, regarding network and data security.
  • Create and maintain a rating system for clinic network and vendors
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations and best practices

Job Qualifications:

Education/Employment:

  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Experience with customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with sorting and filtering data in Excel


Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alone and with a teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be flexible and able to function in an environment with change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years relevant work experience in healthcare, health and safety, or related roles
