Deco ThinkTell is seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that promote our brand and engage our audience.

Pay: $22.50 - $31.50 per hour
Job: Onsite - Full time



Key Responsibilities



  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, corporate meetings, and social events.


  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all events are executed within budget.


  • Vendor Coordination: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.


  • Logistics Management: Oversee all event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and on-site coordination.


  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional media.


  • On-Site Management: Provide on-site event management to ensure smooth execution, including setup, event flow, and breakdown.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
