  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Industrial Piping Project Manager

Fulltime

$80,000-$100,000 (depending on knowledge and skills)

Job Responsibilities

  • Review estimates and contracts
  • Set-up pre-job information data
  • Gather submittal data
  • Send out RFI s
  • Price Change orders
  • Buy-out job specific materials
  • Write/Issue Purchase Order and Subcontracts
  • Communicate with Customers in regards to all aspects of their projects
  • Weekly meetings with shop foreman for project updates/scheduling
  • Project Invoicing and A/R follow-up, if necessary
  • Arrange delivery of final product to customers jobsite
  • Follow-up with customer in regards to final product feedback

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Industrial Pipe Fabrication experience is a must!!!!
  • Experience in SpoolFab (pipe drawing program)
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in applications and programs specific to Design Engineering (i.e., SpoolFab, AutoCad and MS Office)
  • Experience with Isographic and Orthographic pipe drawings
  • Experience creating related engineering documents, such as material lists, packing lists, construction notes, etc.
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction management or equivalent work experience; or training/education, however the right background is attained
  • Strong math skills, communication and organizational skills are required
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The right person needs to be detailed-oriented
