  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Greet patients and visitors, collect insurance co-payments, and respond to routine inquiries
  • Schedule and maintain calendars for appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Answer and screen phone calls, triaging clinical calls and resolving issues appropriately
  • Assemble, copy, and release patient medical records while coordinating with the Medical Records Department
  • Process referrals, track re-authorizations, and assist with patient registration

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling, customer service, and administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a healthcare setting or with patient scheduling
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Additional experience in billing or reimbursement processes
