Oracle EBS User Access Administrator

Four Squared Solutions is seeking an Oracle EBS User Access Administrator for an opportunity with a client located in Miami, Florida

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS User Access Administrator to manage and oversee user access and security within our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of user accounts, roles, and permissions, while providing support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Access Management:
    • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Oracle EBS.
    • Manage user roles and responsibilities to ensure appropriate access levels.
    • Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions.
  • Security Administration:
    • Monitor and enforce security policies and procedures related to user access.
    • Collaborate with IT security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
  • Support and Training:
    • Provide support to end-users regarding access issues and troubleshooting.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for users on access management and security best practices.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of user access processes, security policies, and role definitions.
    • Prepare reports on user access activities and compliance.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and business units to ensure alignment on user access needs.
    • Participate in projects involving system upgrades, migrations, or implementations related to Oracle EBS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS security concepts, roles, and permissions.
  • Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle EBS R11, R12 experience and/or Oracle Financial Modules experience
  • Financial Software Experience
