Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Movement Manager with Integration Experience to oversee and optimize the movement of products, data, and information across systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system integration, leveraging Java and XML for efficient data flows and process automation. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end integration processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between systems, applications, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and Optimize Movement Processes: Coordinate the movement of goods, data, or services across various systems and stakeholders to ensure efficiency and meet operational goals..

Java Programming: Utilize Java to build or modify custom integration solutions, automate processes, and optimize system performance when required.

Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver integration projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline, working in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership teams.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration failures, delays, and errors in data movement by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all integrations and data transfers comply with relevant industry standards, security protocols, and company policies.

Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data related to system performance, product movement, and integration efficiency to provide actionable insights for process improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, supply chain, IT, and operations teams to align integration efforts with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in logistics or IT movement management with a focus on system integration.

Hands-on experience in Java programming and XML data handling for integration tasks.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot integration and movement issues.
