Software Development Engineer (SDE)

As a Software Development Engineer (SDE) at JazzX, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and managing the services and components of an innovative enterprise platform for AI agents.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop services and components for our enterprise AI platform, using a cloud-first, cloud-agnostic approach for maximum scalability and versatility.
  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, product managers, and designers to translate complex needs into efficient, modular, and scalable platform components.
  • Ensure seamless integration of components into the platform, guaranteeing smooth operation and a dependable experience for our customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience designing, building, and operating cloud services. Proficiency in containerization and orchestration frameworks like Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
  • Experience with common infrastructure-as-code frameworks for deploying and managing cloud environments.
  • In-depth experience across the full-stack development lifecycle, including design, prototyping, building, testing, deployment, and operations of enterprise platforms and products.
  • Strong knowledge of core software development principles and experience in at least one of these programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, Golang, or C++.
  • (Strongly Preferred) Prior experience building and managing ML/AI platforms and services, with familiarity with MLOps practices, frameworks, and tools.
  • A curious mind with a proactive approach to learning, experimenting, building, and improving cutting-edge intelligent platforms.
  • Flexible and eager to learn, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
