- Build relationships with colleges, medical schools, and residency programs to attract candidates
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and initiatives to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent healthcare HR experience
- 10+ years of total related experience, including 7+ years in full life cycle corporate recruiting
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in leading and managing recruitment teams
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly in the healthcare industry
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Advanced Degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or PHR/SPHR designation
- Experience in HR within the healthcare sector, particularly in large organizations with 2000+ employees
