What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals and optimize processes
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Analyze and enhance recruitment methodologies and tools to improve efficiency
  • Build relationships with colleges, medical schools, and residency programs to attract candidates
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and initiatives to senior management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent healthcare HR experience
  • 10+ years of total related experience, including 7+ years in full life cycle corporate recruiting
  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in leading and managing recruitment teams
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly in the healthcare industry
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Advanced Degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or PHR/SPHR designation
  • Experience in HR within the healthcare sector, particularly in large organizations with 2000+ employees
