CoreLife is a leader in combating obesity as the disease it is, and we are seeking a Senior Director of IT & Cloud Operations. This role, reporting directly to the CFO, offers a unique opportunity to lead efforts to design and develop innovative processes, products and solutions that bring our vision to life, strengthening our position as a leader in the wellness sector.

What You ll Do

  • Operate and advise on Information Services at the executive level, collaborating with the Executive Team and organizational leaders to enhance systems and tools that benefit our company and clients.
  • Oversee the organizational IT budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage IT personnel, fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues when necessary.
  • Set a vision for IT innovation, develop strategic goals, and ensure successful project completion within the IT department.
  • Manage IT integration during business acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of emerging IT and security trends, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., PCI, SOC 2 Type 2) and manage contract governance.
  • Develop and implement IT and security policies aligned with NIST standards, emphasizing continual improvement.
  • Oversee physical and information security, including incident response and threat mitigation.
  • Establish and track IT and security KPIs, measuring performance across internal and customer-facing technologies.
  • Collaborate with CoreLife Managed Services to maintain productivity tools, including Google Office Suite.
  • Assess infrastructure and hosting capabilities for scaling, recommending automation and cloud solutions.
  • Implement a data analytics strategy to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Transform IT infrastructure to support cloud-enabled applications and processes.
  • Manage security for third-party vendors and technology service providers.

What Qualifications You Have

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including senior leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of NIST standards and CISO-level security in Government or Healthcare sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT processes and emerging trends.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, cultivate talent, and create a results-driven culture.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a track record of positive collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively engaging all levels of the organization and clients.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
