Job Summary

We are revolutionizing the health and wellness industry by providing holistic functional medicine practices through a community of health coaches, nutritionists, dieticians, and other practitioners.
We're proud to serve clients across the United States and several other countries.
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be an integral member of our leadership team and responsible for supporting the operations and client services departments.

This person will receive personalized coaching from an executive coach and will have a lot of room for upward trajectory. They need a working knowledge of business functions, principles, and digital capabilities to execute requests defined by internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and manage 1-2 direct reports and 3-5 internal and external stakeholders towards operational improvement.
Manage relationship with 3rd party shipper ensuring continuity of supply and preparing summary reporting for eCommerce department (via Shopify).
Manage affiliates and third-party partner relationships through Refersion.
Monitor, repair and improve contract, payment and CRM systems for efficiency and accuracy
Identifying and quickly resolving day-to-day operational issues; stock-outs, system failures and service issues that arise via automated reporting or slack/email notice.
Collaborate with Customer Service lead to identify trends to improve long-term service offerings.
Work with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for the operations team.
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
BS/BA in a business related field or equivalent work experience (Required). MBA is a plus.
3+ years of professional operations experience (Preferred).
Professional leadership experience (Preferred).
In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (supply chain, finance, customer service, etc.).
Familiarity with Google Workspace and various business software (ERP, CRM).
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
Strong attention to detail. Working Conditions Job Type: Full-time, 1099 to start with W-2 transition likely Compensation: Commensurate With Experience. Work Location: Virtual (100% Remote)
