About the Role

You will be taking ownership of delivering Atominvest s software solutions to both new and existing enterprise clients. As well as being responsible for implementation, you ll be the primary point of contact for some of the world s leading alternative investors, driving advocacy and identifying expansion opportunities across our client base. You will be a key member of our commercial team - acting as the face of Atominvest to our customers, and working with all areas of business to ensure clients aims are achieved.

Requirements

  • Please note that this role will be based in Providence.
  • University degree in a relevant discipline; Accounting / Finance focus preferred.
  • Experience within fund administration and/or private markets.
  • Proven interest in pursuing a career in the investments industry.
  • Experience in project management and working with enterprise corporate accounts.
  • Strong communicator with keen attention to detail.
  • An analytical thinker who thrives when coming up with solutions.
  • You love a good spreadsheet, your MS excel skills are exceptional.
  • You are passionate about providing best-in-class support to customers, and have demonstrated ability to provide consistent high quality responsiveness and overall service.
  • You re a team player, ready to learn and contribute ideas.
  • Ambitious and growth minded, you have an entrepreneurial spirit.

What the job involves

  • Manage a book of business of our enterprise customers, working closely with them and other key stakeholders to deliver their strategic objectives.
  • Understand clients' technology, operational infrastructure, fund structure and business vision.
  • Drive strategic communication with clients and manage operational deliverables.
  • Review risk logs and co-ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary.
  • Lead training sessions, technical discussions about APIs and integrations, and facilitate business reviews with the client.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers on delivery and implementation of their Atominvest solution.
  • Manage the whole customer lifecycle efficiently from implementation to renewal, driving down time to value and ensuring customer requirements are met.
