Role: HRIS Sr. Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full Time, Potential OT, 6+ month contract

Pay Rate: $40-45/hour

An Addison Group client is looking for a HRIS Sr. Specialist to join their team. This is a full time contract role that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to general inquiries submitted to the HR mailbox

- Create and maintain documentation for business processes

- Act as the subject matter expert on performance management processes, system security, and training within the HRIS platform

- Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and functionality of HR systems

- Provide ongoing support to system users and address any user-related issues

- Develop and update end-user training materials

- Manage reporting requests, gathering requirements, and building scalable reports to support data analysis and decision-making

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance reporting, meeting both internal and external requirements

- Support global HR projects and initiatives, as needed

- Lead year-end mass change projects in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Finance teams

- Serve as a liaison for project and service requests related to ADP Workforce Now

- Act as a subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now, overseeing HR data management, validation tables, imports, system security, and new hire wizards

- Support the management and organization of electronic file systems and data

Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now is required

- 2+ years of experience with Saba TalentSpace or Halogen, with a solid understanding of performance management processes

- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with expertise in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus

- Experience with service management tools for issue tracking and resolution

- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and data privacy guidelines in multiple countries

- HR certification is a plus

- Full professional fluency in English (both spoken and written)

- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

- Project management skills and experience
