Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the on-site installation of Exotec s robotic systems, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the main Exotec representative, coordinating with clients and managing project execution.
  • Manage local contractors and technical suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality control.
  • Lead regular safety meetings and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve conflicts on-site.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure installations meet Exotec s specifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including safety records and project updates.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in system installations.
  • 7+ years of experience leading on-site installations, preferably in logistics, construction, or robotics.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety compliance with a "safety first" mindset.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, handling conflict resolution and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, safety oversight, and technical coordination.
  • Ability to travel up to 100%, with weekend returns home.
  • Comfortable with manual work and managing both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems on-site.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies is a plus.
