Job Description
Perform daily clinic tasks to assist coordinators with study procedures, including Electronic Self-Assessment Questionnaire (ESAQ) administrations, check-in process, informed consent signing, instrumentation assist, and photography assist. Execute daily administrative tasks to support coordinators in study preparation and conduct, such as test material preparation, appointment reminders, and quality checking (QC) study documents. Assist in developing study paperwork for coordinators. Report to the clinic on-time for all assigned studies. Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, applicable regulations, standard operation procedures (SOP), and work instructions. Provide excellent customer service to clients and panelists, and maintain positive and respectful interaction with peers and leadership. Comply with safety and Operational Integrity procedures and processes.

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Contract could be extended out dependent on business needs.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in N Phoenix, Arizona.
Work Environment
Current schedule varies - Will work M-F 8am-5pm but during sequester studies the schedule could be 6am - 7pm. Sequester studies start end of Sept/October; some studies will be 8 hours and some will be 12 hours. Schedule for sequester days will start at 6am or 7am and run through the end of the study (8 hours or 12 hours). If working a 12-hour study, the next day will be a short day. Work in a cosmetics research office.
