LET S TALK ABOUT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
- Gather and interpret facts related to non-conformances from multiple sources
- Analyze and distribute quality-related data to aid in identifying improvement opportunities
- Communicate internally and directly with customers and vendors to disposition material and get timely resolution
- Alert leadership and staff of issues that could adversely affect customers
- Audit and review quality data according to existing documents and procedures
- Provide context regarding financial impact and effect on customers/vendors for all quality issues
- Complete customer-required quality documents and processes
- Enter, verify and maintain quality-related information and transactions in multiple sources, including our ERP
- Develop a resolution plan, assign required tasks and follow through to make sure results are achieved

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma and 5+ years experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing or Quality OR Bachelor s degree in related technical, business or engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Word, and Excel. Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP strongly preferred.
- Prior metals industry experience preferred
