Description

As a Learning Program Manager, you'll lead the global learning curriculum and program that helps Apple employees learn how to build a more inclusive work environment at Apple. This includes working closely with key partners to understand global and local needs, leading content development, driving engagement through campaigns and initiatives, and reporting key metrics.- Develop and launch a new foundational knowledge and skills curriculum- Develop and implement a strategy to maintain and evolve I&D learning content- Develop content on inclusion-related topics, incl. collaborating with internal I&D teams, capturing feedback from key partners, and requesting publishing and localization- Communicate the value of initiatives to partners and leaders to gain consensus - Consult on inclusion-related learning initiatives, incl. reviewing content from other teams - Track projects and share regular updates to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
