This Integrated Marketing Specialist will lead the execution and process of unifying communications across the portfolio - such as social media, email, sales enablement channels - including scheduling and planning across multiple touchpoints - and using their respective mix of media, channels, and tactics to deliver a seamless and customer-centric experience. This will require strong organizational skills, pulling together cross functional teams, creativity, and the ability to execute and measure results.
This is a critical role that directly impacts the execution of our business priorities, product launches, and brand perception.

  • Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  • Consults with integrated marketing team channel owners and product managers to plan, create, and produce marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives.
  • Oversees the creation of all types of content to achieve positive customer-facing reputational and messaging aims.
  • Organizes and maintains cadence of omni-channel marketing plans incorporating paid, owned, earned and shared content strategies.
  • Manages tactical budgets, executions, cross-channel measurement and ongoing enhancements to meet the company's reputational and growth objectives.
  • Develops KPI's for tracking and measuring program impact
  • Leverages insights to strengthen programs and build new strategies.
  • Builds and maintains stakeholder contact programs and databases to directly connect and share MDT's point of view and insight to the right audiences.
  • Ensures marketing support and cross-functional collaboration by working closely with other departments such as Clinical, Marketing, T&E, and Compliance.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of corporate experience to be considered
  • Proficient ability to work in core business software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
  • Ability to plan and manage projects efficiently and effectively
  • Proven ability to work as a liaison between Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Compliance teams on campaign execution
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in marketing communications, agency, product/therapy marketing or market development

Nice to Have
  • Experience with tools such as Eloqua, Allego, Khoros, Workfront, Adobe Analytics, etc...
  • Social media channel management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the global medical device industry
  • Previous experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,000.00 - $108,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
