Position: Business Analyst

Location: Oakland, Bay Area, CA (Onsite)

Job Description:

Exceptional ability to engage with executives and diverse internal stakeholders, technical team and adapting messages to suit varying levels of analytical proficiency.

Regularly update the Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) with clear leadership status reports on timelines and deliverables presented at the IT Delivery Center.

Create and manage dashboards using data insights to deliver comprehensive findings through effective visualizations for time reporting, and delivery (Jira board etc.) metrics.

Demonstrate foresight by anticipating potential challenges and understanding the broader business strategy.

Familiarity with SAP Time Report Tracking, supply planning, and demand forecasting.

Experience in setting up tool access within enterprise systems (e.g., My Electronic Access).

Experience in Project Management

Hands-on experience in creating Process Flows for stakeholder meetings.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with leadership to ensure project alignment and success.
