• Exceptional ability to engage with executives and diverse internal stakeholders, technical team and adapting messages to suit varying levels of analytical proficiency.
• Regularly update the Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) with clear leadership status reports on timelines and deliverables presented at the IT Delivery Center.
• Create and manage dashboards using data insights to deliver comprehensive findings through effective visualizations for time reporting, and delivery (Jira board etc.) metrics.
• Demonstrate foresight by anticipating potential challenges and understanding the broader business strategy.
• Familiarity with SAP Time Report Tracking, supply planning, and demand forecasting.
• Experience in setting up tool access within enterprise systems (e.g., My Electronic Access).
• Experience in Project Management
• Hands-on experience in creating Process Flows for stakeholder meetings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with leadership to ensure project alignment and success.
