  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Technical / Deskside Support II for our premier client in Austin, Texas.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Windows 10 Windows 11 knowledge.
  • Dell shop so needs to be familiar with Dell laptops.
  • Site is a heavy Mac usage community, needs to be proficient with Mac OS system and Apple Devices.
  • InTune and Jant used - must be proficient with navigating those applications.
  • Azure - ability to navigate and understand logs basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • Utilize MS Team rooms - helping with AudioVisual issue basic networking skills needed.
  • Needs someone flexible and able to navigate that culture - skilled in using independent user; will be the lone tech there.
  • Will be paired with a seasoned technician for initial training.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Anything from end user tickets entered in the system via calls unresolved by helpdesk support team, ticketing system or walk up technology basic laptop, desktop support, devices iPhones, tablets, printers, also support Office 365, SharePoint one drive and other 3rd party like WebEx that is approved could work about 100-200 tickets a day split among 40 individuals.
