Required Skills:

• 5 years experience providing consultation and guidance to a State Medicaid program
• 3 years in modernizing systems and technology.
• Product and Agile Methodology
• Strategy planning and consultation
• Facilitation and interviewing
• Ability to work across organizations to gather requirements
• Demonstrable leadership ability: especially to build consensus around solutions
• Ability to establish program/project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking such milestones and deliverables
• Extensive experience with industry standards for Medicaid HIT, such as for data interoperability
