  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITOM & CMDB Focus)

Location: Arkansas (Hybrid, Onsite Required)
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract 3-4 Hybrid

Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including strong focus on ITOM and CMDB modules.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs).
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and overall ITOM functionality.
  • Strong background in CMDB design, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring the CMDB s accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration technologies.

Technical Skills:

  • ServiceNow Scripting: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as related to ServiceNow development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow development tools.
  • Strong understanding of Configuration Management, Service Mapping, and Event Management within the ITOM framework.
  • Integration experience with other platforms and enterprise systems via APIs, web services, etc.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
