Mission to lead developing efficient Spare parts, Service & Repair solutions to maximize vehicle uptime, thereby creating competitive product advantage in the aftermarket business.Develop, document and optimize Spare Parts solution needed for technical repairsDevelop, adapt and document repair methods & standard times on component, system and vehicle levelDevelop, adapt and document special tools needed to perform repair methodsLead internal technical review related to spare parts, repair methods and standard times to assure coherenceEnsure that the repair methods & standard times fulfill the Company's safety and quality objectivesSecure to verify, validate and quality assure technical solution prior to introduction in systemsEnsure the technical solution is synchronized with stakeholders and taking holistic view of entire product value chainTake ownership of the parts assortment and repair methods throughout the product lifecycleClose collaboration with Product Development Engineering to share learnings from the market and product performance to enhance vehicle uptimeUse machine learning and business intelligence to drive efficiencies in the day-to-day work to improve dealer workshop autonomy and maintenance effectivenessHave a passion/interest for Automation (Python, Java, C++) to develop solutions to drive efficiency in day-to-day workStrong skills in Data Analytics to help drive decision making to support the business based on data
