Job Title: Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer Job ID: 24-04616 Location: Alpharetta, GA (any US - EST working hours) Duration: 6-12 months w/ possible extension
Role Summary:

Resource will play a critical role in the engineering and delivery of solutions that enable the strategic modernization & transformation of client's privilege access management and privilege identity management platforms. This role will understand the technology ecosystem and engineer solutions to drive critical governance & oversight of access for client's systems. Additionally, this individual will help support and advance the privilege technology team's strategy & roadmap for enabling our business.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Design, engineer, deploy, and document privilege solutions working closely with application architects & lead engineers, product teams, information security, and risk management functions
  • Develop automation necessary to build, test, deploy, and maintain privilege solutions adhering to DevOps processes
  • Continuous adherence to and champion technical excellence and good design principles following standard technical privilege documentation including standard configuration, design patterns, technical requirements, architecture diagrams, and sequence/flow diagrams
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise for privilege platform services, entities, configuration, and best practices
  • Drive the operational & technical excellence of privilege processes and technologies leveraging performance and availability metrics
  • Apply technical knowledge, industry experience, expertise, and insights to contribute to the development & execution of privilege features
  • Day-to-day management & maintenance of the privilege platform configuration required to support business requirements, application integrations, workloads, regulatory compliance, and all other platform efforts or deliverables
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to improve and deliver on business objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with various groups and individuals to troubleshoot and resolve escalated production issues
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Computer Science / other technical degree or Business Management and 5 years of IT experience or in lieu of degree High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of IT experience.
  • Must have experience in the development & operational support of privilege technologies including platform implementation, installation, configuration & administration.
  • Must have experience in the development & operational support of privilege processes including policy and vaulting administration.
  • Must have experience with Delinea Secret Server
Desired Characteristics:
  • Should have experience working with client methodologies on a product team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Critical attention to detail; Ability to coordinate multiple deliverables across multiple teams
  • Strong engineering and architecture skills; especially in information security
  • Hands-on experience working across various identity functions including Identity Governance & Administration, Authentication, Authorization, Directory Services, and Secrets Management
  • Experience with PII, PCI and NIST 800-53, 800-63, 800-79-2, or 800-157 policies and standards
  • Knowledge of laws, policies, procedures, or governance relevant to cybersecurity for critical infrastructures
  • Knowledge of cyber defense, information technology (IT) risk management and information security policies, procedures, and regulations
