Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Business Marketing Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires developing and implementing marketing strategies in a B2B context, supporting business growth, and reporting directly to the Business Development Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor strategies, supporting B2B strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns tailored for business clients and partners, while also coordinating strategic communications and schedule management for business development initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and other MS Office applications to manage budgets and financial projections for business clients.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of content specifically designed for business clients across various marketing channels.
  • Facilitate the development and standardization of SOPs, improving operational efficiency and alignment with B2B objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to implement automation and streamline tasks to improve B2B process efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for the Business Development Director, aiding in the strategic management and execution of B2B projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, adept in B2B market analysis and strategy development.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of effectively managing B2B relationships and projects.
  • Expertise in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools tailored for business clients.
