Hansel Auto Group Marketing Department Website Performance Coordinator
Hansel Auto Group is looking for a Website Performance Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This person will have knowledge and experience in Website Management, Content Creation, Vendor Relations, OEM/Legal Compliance, and Administration/Account Management. Leverage Monday.com for workflow in content creation, track requests, and monitor vendor efficiency. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
Pay Range
Pay Range is $23 to $26 per hour.
The Website Performance Coordinator has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $23.00 and $26.00.

Website Maintenance
- Monitor all Auto Group websites for compliance, consistency, quality, and excellent customer experience
- Identify and pursue the resolution of minor and critical bugs, glitches, or unreliable aspects of website function
- Understand the flow of data between company systems and external output and investigate any disruption, whether customer-facing or strictly internal
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure website mirrors vision and intention of store management
- Provide recommendations regarding site performance and enhancements in the form of creative services, third-party advisements, design responsiveness, +++
Content/Production Management
- Process special offers submitted for website use, adding disclaimers and relevant compliant formatting
- Design and distribute creative assets across all relevant channels and providers
Vendor Audits, Onboarding, and Cancellations
- Assist Director of Marketing in conducting Monthly Vendor Review
- Spearhead the implementation of new digital vendors via coordination between vendors and store and use of extensive internal knowledge of the data flow of inventory
- Assist in educating management on operation of new service or product
- Support Dealerships with Lead count & analysis
Qualifications and Skills
- Must reside around Sonoma County
- Proficient with HTML/CSS
- Experience in Marketing, Design & Communications; Monday.com, Web design software, Canva, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and GA4
- Demonstrated computer knowledge including MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Possess the skills and ability to work independently
- Automotive Marketing Experience is a huge plus
- College degree preferred
