Job Title: Systems & Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
The Systems and Marketing Operations Specialist at DQE will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting marketing processes. This role involves managing marketing systems, ensuring seamless integration, and leveraging data to drive marketing strategy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, excellent technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must be local to the Pittsburgh area. Hybrid work environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).
  • Ensure integration and data flow between marketing systems and other business systems (e.g., CRM, sales platforms).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing data within systems.
  • Implement data quality best practices and regularly audit data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage data segmentation and audience targeting for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain documentation for marketing operations processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by setting up and managing workflows within marketing systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Generate and analyze reports on marketing performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Support the marketing team with data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and technology team to ensure alignment and integration of systems and processes.
  • Provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of marketing technology platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.


Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong technical skills and experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM NetSuite preferred, marketing automation, analytics tools).
  • Excellent data management and analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, systems administration, or a related role preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
